Health reports before and after Bayram (and on the days of exams) will be examined carefully. 

Reports are valid ONLY IF they are taken from state hospitals in Istanbul. If found suspicious, may not be valid or you may need to supply extra evidence. 

Bayram tatili öncesi ve sonrasında alınan raporlar titizlikle incelenecek olup,  şüpheli hallerde ilave kanıt talep edilebilecek, rapor geçersiz sayılabilecektir.

İstanbul dışından alınan raporlar ve devlet hastanesi dışından alınan raporlar geçerli değildir. 

Health reports must be left to mail box in Physics Department Secretary room, along with a petition.

The original copy with the signature and stamp or hard copy of QR code report from e-Devlet must be handed in.  Do not send it via e-mail!

Your case will be discussed and the validity of your report will be decided accordingly. 

Attendance is not mandatory, but if you are absent, you get 0 from that experiment. If your total lab grade is less than 10 at the end of the semester, you fail the Lab, i.e. fail the main course!

All experiments grades will be used to calculate your Lab Grade. If you don't attend any Lab session, you get ZERO for that session, unless you have an exceptional excuse mentioned in Lab RULES!

Only ONE health report will be valid for excuse. Make-ups are rare and ONLY for specified conditions given in Lab RULES!

Valid doctor's report: Should be taken either from our infirmary (revir), or a state hospital in Istanbul.

Reports from hospitals outside of Istanbul are NOT accepted! Special cases are considered seperately! 

Reports on the day of exams and before/after holidays may not be valid if they are found to be suspicious!

Print your report and leave it to mail box in Physics Depertment Secretary room in one week. Late reports and e-mails are not accepted. 

You CANNOT exchange your lab section with anyone!

You CANNOT enter any other lab section without the permission of the Lab Coordinators.
